I am excited to be included in The Nature of Art exhibition at The Arnold Arboretum of Harvard University. The show opens on July 1st, 2022. Mark your calendar! It will be a great summer event.
I will be teaching one-day workshop at IMGAO Gallery in Warren, RI on Saturday, March 19th, 9am-noon. I will lead participants through the process of making hand-printed papers that will be folded to create unique, three-dimensional “flower” books. Come join me!
To Register, go to www.imagofoundation4art.org/bookmaking-workshop Stories: Women from the Bible in Contemporary Book Arts is on view at Maine Jewish Museum. Artist Talk will be on Sunday, March 20th at 2PM.
This was a collaboration print / book arts project with artists from seven different book arts organizations. Learn more about each organization:

It's taking a bit longer than I expected but I am not giving up. ;-)
In 2019, I began working on the Sleep series, and this painting is the #4 in the series. 35" x 46", oil on linen, 2021.
I've been avoiding my studio for the past few weeks. It has been too hot (no AC)! So I am drawing on my sketchbook again until the temp drops.
(Used ballpoint pen for left and ballpoint pen & sharpie for right) Making two side-by-side tunnel books in preparation for my fall class. Drawing is done. Carving is next.
